Good Reprint Practices Adds Polls to Survey User Perspectives

Meta: January 28th 2009 // Archives

Among the more useful things I’ve always found in my travels as a regulatory and compliance professional are surveys of peers or interested parties related to the things I’m interested in.  GoodReprintPractices.com has added a polling function and I ask all relevant users to participate as they visit the site.  Hopefully, this will help me to improve the site content and will help users to get some measure of the environment or some signal of what is going on with peers.  If you have a suggestion for a poll that is of interest to you, please email me at john.murray@goodreprintpractices.com.

But read this first.  It’s super important!

My polls are entirely unscientific.  Participants are not validated, redundant participation may occur, and the sample of participants may or may not be generalizable in relation to the individual poll.  These are just a few of the limitations that I can think of.  Nonetheless, they are intended to be a useful tool to encourage some measure of intelligent thought.

Please participate in polls as they are relevant to you.  Do not participate if they do not apply to you, because you’ll distort the results even more so than they are already prone to error.

Thank you all in advance.

Yours truly,

John

UPDATE Due to some inexplicable errors that have occurred with the Polls on certain versions of Internet Explorer, I’m temporarily discontinuing the polling function.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  John
